  • Although the design of upstairs and downstairs is relatively novel, it's too inconvenient to use in practice. I have to go downstairs to take somethingMulti-level Suite

  • The first time I live in such a small duplex, I feel very good. Because we have to meet friends in the hotel, the functional areas are separated, and there is an independent bathroom downstairs, so everyone is very comfortable. Kids love it, too. Good location, close to the Fourth Ring Road, convenient public transportation and self driving. In addition, the family reflected that the hotel's buffet dinner guests have a preferential price, which is cost-effective.Superior Room

  • The hotel is located in the west of the core area of Zhongguancun, the location is fairly good, it is very convenient to take a taxi to ZhongGuanCun; Because the hotel rooms are apartments, I think the environment is good and the space is comfortable. The upper and lower floors are separated. The first floor is the guest room and living room, and there is a balcony for viewing. The second floor is the bedroom and bathroom, and they are interlinked. It's quite niceMulti-level Suite

Travelogue

  • This is the relaxation that a long-term stay should have

This time I came to Haidian, Beijing to handle a project and stayed for a full week. I didn't choose a regular chain hotel and stayed directly at Ariva Beijing West Hotel & Serviced Apartments. Originally, I only wanted it to be close to Zhongguancun. However, after staying for 7 days, I completely refreshed my understanding of "serviced apartments" - there were no flashy internet celebrity gimmicks, and every detail was designed for the long-term living experience, bringing the comfort of temporary accommodation to the fullest.
The experience of checking in is particularly comfortable. It only takes 8 minutes to walk from Suzhou Street Subway Station, so there is no need to take detours in the rush hour traffic. The front desk staff did not engage in assembly line style greetings. They heard that I would be staying for a week, so they specially adjusted me to a south facing room on a high-rise building that is not close to the road. They also reminded me carefully that during my long stay, the room cleaning time could be adjusted according to my schedule, and I would not knock on the door casually, instantly dispelling my previous concerns about being disturbed when staying in hotels.
At the moment of pushing open the door, there was no sense of tightness like a regular hotel. In a space of over 60 square meters, the open plan small kitchen occupies a whole wall, and the capacity of the two door refrigerator is large enough to hold the milk, fruits, and frozen food I bought for a week. The built-in induction cooker, complete set of non stick pans, dishes, and even dishwashing cotton are all equipped. There is also a mini dishwasher hidden under the table. I don't have to order takeout all the time. I wake up in the morning and cook a bowl of hot oats, and come back at night to stir fry two simple side dishes. I don't have the feeling of a hotel guest at all, it's like setting up a temporary home here.
The bedroom and living room have been separated by soft partitions, so even if I stay up late in the living room and turn on the lights, it won't affect my subsequent sleep. The mattress is a moderately soft and supportive design. As someone with poor waist, I slept through a week without feeling any back pain or discomfort. The pillows were specially divided into high, low, soft, and hard types. After trying the low pillow, I asked the front desk the next day if I wanted an extra one, and the staff delivered it to the door in 5 minutes. The bathroom has undergone a complete separation of dry and wet areas. The top of the shower area sprays water evenly like spring rain, with hot water coming out in just 3 seconds, eliminating the need to wait inside for half a day. After taking a shower, wrap yourself in a bathrobe and collapse onto the lazy sofa by the window, basking in the afternoon sun. Even the sound of traffic outside Zhongguancun has become very light.
What surprised me the most was the details of the long-term stay: the self-service laundry room is equipped with laundry detergent and fabric softener, so you don't have to go downstairs to buy them yourself. After washing, you can dry them directly, and the clothes you take out have a faint fragrance. On the floor to ceiling bookshelves in the shared leisure area, there are many old Beijing picture books. When I am busy and tired in the afternoon, I sit down for half an hour and can meet guests from different countries chatting softly without being disturbed or deliberately promoted.
After staying for 7 days, there was not a single decoration in the Ariva Beijing West Hotel & Serviced Apartments that was' mediocre but useless', and every detail seemed to have a thorough understanding of the real needs of long-term guests in advance. Compared to staying in a hotel for a quick glance, this kind of relaxation that allows people to stay grounded is the most rare experience during a trip.Show more

  • I stayed in Zhongguancun, Beijing for 5 consecutive days on a business trip, and this serviced apartment melted down the needs of business people

This quarter, I came to Haidian, Beijing to coordinate with the project. Previously, I always chose chain business hotels with limited space around Zhongguancun. This time, I was recommended by my peers to stay at Ariva Beijing West Hotel & Serviced Apartments for five consecutive nights, which directly refreshed my understanding of business accommodation in Beijing - there was no need to fuss during rush hour, work and life were balanced, and even the fatigue of business trips was reduced by half.
Its location is just the right fit for Haidian business people. It is in the core area of Haidian South Road. You can walk 10 minutes to Zhongguancun subway station. Surrounded by Internet Industrial Park, universities and research institutes, you can go to Byte, Baidu and other big factories to talk about things. You can get there by taxi within 15 minutes, completely avoiding the most congested section of Zhongguancun in the morning peak. On my first day at the project review meeting at 9am, I didn't have to go out an hour in advance to grab a car. I could leisurely finish breakfast and wander around, and I could also organize materials at the venue half an hour in advance. The hotel also provides free business printing services. If you need to bring a project report the next day, you can send it to the front desk the night before and pick it up directly when you go out, without having to search for printing shops around at night.
The one bedroom serviced apartment I booked completely hit all the pain points of business travelers: it reserved a 1.4-meter-wide independent office area, with the Ethernet interface buried directly under the desktop, so there was no need to pull the charging cables all over the floor. I held a cross-border video conference for three nights in a row, and the internet speed was stable throughout the entire process without dropping a single cable. The room has been divided into dynamic and static zones, with soft partitions separating the office area from the bedroom. Even if I stay up late and switch on the desk lamp, it will not affect my subsequent sleep. The wardrobe is equipped with a hanging iron as standard, which can iron wrinkled suits straight in the first 5 minutes of meeting customers, without having to spend extra money on a dry cleaner. The most surprising thing is the open style small kitchen, which is equipped with a double door refrigerator, induction cooker, and microwave. It eliminates the need to eat takeout all night long when rushing for projects. Instead, it is much more comfortable to eat hot and light meals and cook a bowl of noodles, which is much more comfortable than eating heavy oil and salt business meals.
The business facilities of the hotel completely exceeded expectations. As the second most popular and high-quality hotel in Wanquan River, its shared business area allows free reservation of small meeting rooms. I had to discuss the project plan with three colleagues at the last minute, so there was no need to find an outside caf é. You could use it downstairs, and the projection and whiteboard were all equipped. The executive lounge is located on a high floor, quiet and not noisy. It is particularly convenient to find a place to handle emails and answer private calls. The 24-hour front desk is always available to respond to requests. I need to make up a contract after 1am, call the staff, and it will be processed in 5 minutes.
On a busy evening, it takes only 15 minutes to walk to Haidian Park and 20 minutes to walk around the lake, relieving all the fatigue of the day's work. The surrounding area downstairs is filled with chain convenience stores and local restaurants, allowing you to enjoy home cooked meals without having to travel far, which directly reduces the cost of business trips.
I used to think that coming to Haidian, Beijing for business trips could only make ends meet, but this time after staying at Ariva Beijing West Hotel & Serviced Apartments, I realized that choosing the right place to stay can relax a lot even during business trips. Next time I come to stay in Zhongguancun, I will definitely lock up this hotel directly.Show more
